PCAHI Celebrates Community at LakeFest Oakland 2026

Primary Care at Home, Inc. (PCAHI) was proud to participate in LakeFest Oakland 2026, one of the Bay Area’s premier celebrations of community, culture, and local spirit. Held along the shores of Lake Merritt, the festival brought together thousands of attendees for a day filled with live entertainment, local vendors, health resources, and opportunities to connect.

Located in the Health & Wellness Zone, the PCAHI team spent the day engaging with community members, sharing information about our programs and services, and connecting individuals with resources that support healthier lives.

Connecting Through Community

LakeFest provided the perfect setting to introduce attendees to PCAHI’s mission of delivering compassionate, community-centered healthcare. Throughout the day, our team answered questions about our programs, discussed available services, and helped visitors learn more about the many ways PCAHI supports individuals and families across the Bay Area.

Visitors also enjoyed stopping by our table to pick up PCAHI promotional swag, making it easy to start conversations and build new connections with members of the community.

A Beautiful Day for Outreach

With clear skies, warm sunshine, and an energetic atmosphere, LakeFest created an ideal environment for meaningful engagement. Events like these allow PCAHI to meet people where they are, strengthen community partnerships, and increase awareness of the healthcare services and support available throughout the region.

Community outreach remains an important part of our mission, helping us reach individuals who may not otherwise know about the resources available to them.
