At PCAHI we believe that support outside of the doctor’s office is vital to achieving whole body wellness. Our holistic approach to care includes a wide range of supplemental services including emergency aid, nutritional and psychotherapy counseling, chronic pain management, and home aide services.

Psychotherapy

Primary Care at Home, INC. provides Collaborative Care Management (CoCM) that integrates behavioral health and counseling, with the possibility of supplementary pharmacotherapy.

Nutritional Counseling and Dietary Support

Having a balanced diet is just one foundational pillar of good health. Here at Primary Care at Home, INC., we offer nutritional counseling that respects all dietary restrictions and health needs.

Home Health Services

As our name suggests, Primary Care at Home, INC. is dedicated to providing home healthcare, with "home" having a flexible definition to support those who are unhoused or in transitional housing. Our team provides a homemaker and home health aide to meet patients where they are.

Food & Transportation Assistance

Primary Care at Home, INC. provides our clients with grocery store gift cards. Public transportation (bus, BART, Paratransit) and Lyft rides are also provided.

Legal Assistance

Primary Care at Home, INC. offers linkage to resources for legal counseling when necessary.

Ayurvedic Medicine

In addition to dietary counseling, PCAHI utilizes Ayurvedic medicine to integrate herbal treatment and bodywork to improve the health of our clients, by alleviating stress and chronic pain.

Traditional Chinese Medicine

Integrative Medicine

Through our partnership with the International Center for Integrative Medicine (ICIM), PCAHI provides a range of innovative services which incorporate the best of Eastern and Western medicine. These services, such as acupuncture and acupressure, ensure that participants have access to the full spectrum of care and chronic pain relief.
