At Primary Care at Home, Inc. (PCAHI), community outreach isn't limited to special events—it's part of who we are. Every Friday, our team brings healthcare information, resources, and conversation directly into the heart of San Francisco through our community outreach table outside Mission Wellness Pharmacy, located at the busy intersection of 20th Street and Mission Street.

With hundreds of people passing through the neighborhood each day, this location provides an ideal opportunity to connect with community members in a welcoming, accessible setting. Whether someone is commuting to work, running errands, or simply walking through the neighborhood, we're here to answer questions, provide resources, and help connect people with the care they need.

Bringing Healthcare Into the Community

Led by Czyrsis Rodriguez, the youngest member of the PCAHI team, this outreach initiative reflects our commitment to making healthcare approachable and accessible.

Visitors are invited to stop by to learn more about a variety of PCAHI services, including:

• PrEP (Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis)
