On Sunday, November 2, 2025, Primary Care at Home, Inc. (PCAHI) and Mission Wellness Pharmacy proudly joined the community in celebrating the 44th Annual Día de los Muertos Ritual Procession in San Francisco’s vibrant Mission District.
The evening began at 7 p.m. at 22nd and Bryant Streets, where hundreds gathered to honor loved ones who have passed and to celebrate the enduring spirit of life, love, and remembrance. The colorful procession wound through the heart of the Mission, filled with candles, music, and beautifully crafted altars that reflected the deep cultural and spiritual roots of this beloved tradition.
PCAHI and Mission Wellness were honored to participate, engaging with community members, sharing health resources, and standing in solidarity with the Latin/a/o/e/x community we are proud to serve.
Events like Día de los Muertos remind us of the power of community connection — to honor the past, celebrate the present, and care for one another in ways that transcend time and borders.
We thank the organizers, artists, and participants who made this year’s event such a meaningful tribute to life, culture, and community.
