A Night to Remember: PCAHI Celebrates 10 Years of Compassionate Care

On Wednesday, August 20th, the Primary Care at Home, Inc. (PCAHI) team came together to celebrate a remarkable milestone — 10 years of delivering accessible, community-based healthcare to individuals and families across the Bay Area.

The celebration took place at Portal Oakland, on the scenic shores of Lake Merritt, where guests gathered on the restaurant’s outdoor patio for an evening of laughter, good food, and heartfelt reflection. Surrounded by friends, staff, and partners, we took time to honor the incredible journey that began a decade ago with a simple mission: to make high-quality, compassionate care available to everyone, right where they are.

Throughout the night, we shared stories, toasted to our collective achievements, and celebrated the people who have made PCAHI’s work possible — from our dedicated team members to the community partners who continue to support our mission.

As we look ahead to the next decade, we remain committed to expanding our reach, deepening our partnerships, and continuing to deliver innovative, person-centered care that changes lives.
